PROCESS & PROCEDURES CHECK LIST:
1.)     Request an INVOICE.  Email thebelle@thegospeltimes.com  include your billing/contact information for the invoice. We will email you an invoice for your records.
 
2.)     You can mail your payment to The Belle Report, 116 N. 3rd Street, Suite 200, Richmond, VA 23219. (Check or money order).
We do not begin advertisements or promos without payment. We also will not begin advertisements until the check has CLEARED.

3.) Email content (GRAPHICS/TEXT, MUSIC, ETC.) to: thebelle@thegospeltimes.com

4.) Make sure that all TEXT is in Micro Soft Word or email format and properly formatted with spell-check. Double check your text.  We do not make changes to your content. PLEASE NOTE: Please proof read your TEXT before submitting it to The Belle Report.

5.) Turn-around time is 2-5 days. We will send you a TEST EMAIL to PROOF/APPROVE.
